WoodSpring Suites Jacksonville Orange Park

The staff really go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable there. One staff member, Jeff, stands out among the rest! He's friendly, caring, and great at his job. Our AC recently stopped working and he dropped everything to fix it to perfection! He replaced the entire unit so we wouldn't have to switch rooms. I REALLY appreciated that and the room is perfectly cold now!

Unfortunately, my stay at WoodSpring Suites was disappointing. The moment I walked in, there was a strong smell of THC/marijuana in the air. The floors were sticky, and the elevators were dirty with visible stains and unpleasant odors.||The room itself offered a decent amount of space, but it felt worn down. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable — almost like sleeping on cardboard — and the air inside was stale since the AC hadn’t been running prior to arrival.||The website made the property look much nicer than it actually is, and I was ready to leave as soon as I walked in. I also learned that there are no staff members at the front desk after 4 PM on weekends, which was concerning. When I asked about security, I was told there are cameras, but the lack of onsite staff made me uneasy.

Love this place. The Staff is Excellent!! I come here every 2-3 weeks to visit my husband that’s staying here for work. Skylar is a Rock Star at her job, Jeff is a wonderful addition. This is my 12th time here and it feels like home. Daniel, Tyler, Tasha and Hanna are great as well. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to Jacksonville and needs a good place to stay for a while or the night..

The room was very clearly not cleaned in a very long time. Dead roaches under the bed and behind the chair in the corner, dust and webs all on the walls, food crumbs in the bed from previous guest, and it had a way stale smell. Walls are pretty thin keep that in mind. The carpet in the halls were grossly stained and made the whole hall stink. The washer was pretty much unusable because they were caked with balls of dog hair into detergent all around the door of the washers. Never seen the laundry room get cleaned. Didn’t know housekeeping wasn’t a real thing before booking so that might be my fault. Out of my 3 week stay they only came to the room once. I’ve only seen the staff mop the small area where the elevator is. The smell of the place just made it so annoying. Get new carpets as soo

very good service. went through a tough refund situation with booking.com and Ms. Jamarra at the front desk was very very helpful with that, she helped me and my girl extend our stay just through them for a very good rate. also very good rooms, clean, and comfortable.💯
