Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Orange Park

The room was great. What was really exceptional and way above expectations was Richard’s cooking at the bar. The chicken bistro sandwich and the whiskey soy glaze wings were so good that if I lived in the area it would be a regular spot for me to eat. Unreal. Completely unexpected for a hotel lobby bar and will definitely book again when I’m in town. Thank you Richard.

1. Keys never work on outer doors after they lock them 2. Digital key works on outer doors sometimes 3. No supplies at desk in the evening, including coffee 4. Ice machine on 1st floor is off. You wait on bartender to get you ice 5. Too many work issues discussed by the bar employees 6. Desk clerk isn't trained well, no answers. Nice though 7. Rooms are nice

Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant. Feel like their breakfast buffet set up is deceptive as it makes it look like it’s complimentary when it isn’t. Also - how does Hilton feel it necessary to charge $3 for what should be a complimentary bottle of water. Feels very much like you are being nickel and dimed compared to other hotels.

A wonderful hotel experience. The property was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would like to also acknowledge the breakfast attendant for her kindness and warm hospitality
