InTown Suites Extended Stay Jacksonville FL - Orange Park

Been here almost a year! I didn't know what to expect, from a longer term stay, suite....Well, I'm pleased to say, it's better than most apartments I've lived in. The people are friendlier, and honestly, most of us are here because we were down on our luck in one way or another. It really helps to see them get back on their feet and set goals and achieve them! That's what life is...ebb and tide...make the best, out of the worst .... I know that's hard to do when life is kicking you in the ass, while you're already flat on the ground and can't see the upside...it'll happen🌞 I have not one bad to say about the staff here ..most have been here for a bit and try to accommodate whatever's needed. Super good people...Mike, Carl, Forrest and family, and I love the cleaning ladies too! I just have

Should have pots and pans. No ice machine, debit card ONLY for laundry. Front desk is closed Sundays, only open 11 a.m -7 p.m M-Sat. BUT Mike at the front desk is courteous, friendly, helpful, and very professional. Tv is good. 50" with movie channels.

Mike the manager is top notch. Always friendly and really cares about the guests. He is people savvy and quite frankly deserves better. The room I stayed in was clean, and well kept. The housekeeping staff Katrina was very nice and courteous and always cleaned my room good. Only met the maintenance man once but he seemed nice. The only drawback is the night time attendant.. I smoke and refuse to smoke where I dwell so I stepped out for a minute to smoke. The property attendant which said his name is i believe is Eric told me that I had to keep moving and it was okay this time to stand out here but that he runs the place so it doesn't look like there's a lot of loitering well instead of arguing with him and by the way he does not wear anything that has Intown Suites shown nor does he have

I am currently taking up residence here at the Orange Park location and my experience since me and my two sons have been here has been nothing but excellence, anytime you ask the manager Mr Mike for anything whether it's a TV remote or a light bulb, he is always polite and courteous and accommodating. I did not know how our experience would be because we lost our place and have been here for 6 months and I have no complaints I'm just thankful to have a roof over me and my children head and a place to cook a warm meal and a full refrigerator to store food in. Thank you for your hospitality. Also they have a awesome housekeeping team an amazing maintenance director Mr Forrest who is also as polite and courteous as Mr Mike.

Place is very good for the price and the way they treat you like you matter to them!! Congrats to the management and staff!! You are not just a number to them!!
