Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville/Orange Park

Hampton Inn greatly exceeded my expectations during my stay from Saturday 1 of november to November 2 for my business trip. The staff made me feel right at home. I want to specifically recognize a black lady with long dreads at the front desk at night. I had an issue understanding what the benefits are as a diamond member. she was incredibly professional, patient, and went above and beyond to resolve quickly and seamlessly, ensuring I understand those benefits. She showed genuine empathy and strong problem-solving skills. The room was clean and but there were some black dots in the toilet, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, and the outstanding customer service is a major reason why I look forward to returning soon. Also, shout out to one of the customer

Not the worst Hilton property we've stayed at, but it could have been better. Checkin was efficient and the staff we interacted with were all pleasant, but when we got to our room we had issues. The TV and Fridge were not working, and the door handle on the interior side of the bathroom door was missing. We did not realize this, and our son was locked in the bathroom. Thankfully we were in the room to let him out! We called the front desk and they immediately sent maintenance and he confirmed that not only was the handle missing, but the door was off track and essentially could lock you in. Easy access to the highways. Sales manager Ms. Patricia Myers, Ms. Therese catering manger, and staff did a phenomenal job in assisting me to make my daughter's wedding a memorable one. The front desk staff was accommodating as well.

The rooms are great!  Location is close to everything.  The staff go above and beyond to make your stay great.

Would not recommend. The hotel is dated and does not feel clean. The sink vanity in our room felt ready to fall off the wall. The spot to put the shower on was loose. After the room was clean, pillow case had small makeup stains. The breakfast is meh with not a lot of choices. We even decided to eat out once because of this. Getting into and out of the hotel parking lot is a chore, with the need to go through other businesses parking lot to get to a stop light. This stay really made me think weather or not to stay with Hilton hotel chain. I even had to ask for the Hilton honor bottles you get.
