WoodSpring Suites Frederick I-70

I’ve been staying at WoodSpring Suites since October and have had a great experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for long-term stays. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the environment feels safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable extended stay option.

I was nervous going because of all the bad reviews but the place was nice and clean. We were offered fresh towels, and asked if we needed anything like plastic utensils etc. Service is always amazing. Never had a problem. Associates are nice and helpful if I need to book the room for another night. Channels are good, I can always find something to watch. The water heater isn't finicky (I love taking baths so that’s a plus for me). There is also a nice bench spot me and my partner like to sit at in front of the hotel and the neighborhood around is nice for a walk. If you’re in need of a last minute stay and just want somewhere reliable I recommend Woodspring Suites on I-70!

Rooms, are accommodating with affordable rates. Common areas, are well maintained and welcoming with holiday decor. Helpful, when you’re feeling blue for sure! |Staff are pleasant while expectations are met for their guest. |Manuel, Katelyn, Jessica, Tevin are sure to greet you with a smile. Expect, your visit to feel hospitality at its finest. Keep up the great work!

The staff at the front was very friendly However their were a few random people just wandering in halls of the hotel. The linen look as though someone just remade the bed after the previous guests. People hanging in parking lot of hotel. Overall I really wasn’t comfortable at all. The last day before check out the elevator was broken. So we had to walk down stairs with hands full of luggage and bags. Not a good experience at all. [Review collected by TrustYou]

All the staff is wonderful and like family, but once in particular just makes my day every day! Mahif (Nah-heef) is my absolute favorite! He's always got a great smile and his vibrations are simply joyous. Even when I'm off to work, his kind words put a little pep in my step for the day! Thank you so for everything you do.
