I cannot say enough about the incredible staff at Extended Stay America . From the moment we checked in, we weren't treated like guests; we were treated like family. There is a rare level of care and compassion here that you simply don’t find in the hospitality industry anymore. Whether it was a warm greeting by name or the staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort, they truly went above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. If you are looking for a place that values human connection not much so luxury, look no further. We left with heavy hearts but beautiful memories of interacting with a great staff that ensured everyday was an amazing day, Where everyone knows you by name. Also let's not leave out the one man team for maintenance Bobby was absolutely amazing.

Positive: "" Negative: The room had a plastic bag tied over the smoke detector. The bathroom was not clean and visible grime on the tub and shower. This was a suite with a fridge stovetop and sink. Not one utensils, pot pan or any of the things you normally see in a suite.

Everyone was so great . The staff is wonderful. There always someone on duty to assist you as . The rooms are very clean and there enough room to move around. The price is perfect. The location is in the perfect area next to everything.

Nice, clean and very basic; Good deal for the rate. ||Somewhat dated furnishings and style. The entire place could use a remodel/reno. ||Nice is the kitchenette but if planning to cook must bring all your own utensils, drink and cookware. ||The mirror behind the television has me baffled. ||The grab n go breakfast 😃||My two-cents opinion/advice to make for better experience and ratings:|| full length mirror (The mirror on the wall behind the TV in my room had had me completely baffled).||Additional outlet boxes with USB on nightstands||Paint walls and change lighting for brighter aesthetic ||Kitchen utensils

after leaving a good review at first, i have to change my review to a negative review. after staying here for 3 weeks management suddenly said "my dogs are wolves and he doesn't believe they are service dogs" when i have epilepsy and have 2 seizure alert service dogs. they are now telling us we have to leave before christmas. they wouldn't even work with us on a daily pet fee. they also left us with no hot water for over a week and not a single day of house keeping. best to find a better hotel if you have pets and want good service.
