Residence Inn by Marriott Frederick

My stay at the hotel was good but when I checked in with front desk, one of the male workers smelt awful. Every time I passed it disturbed my wife and I to the point where it wasn’t welcoming to approach the front desk. The major problem is over the period of days I stayed he seemed to always smell badly no matter what day it was. His name is Joseph

Really enjoyed my 4-night stay here. Hotel is pet-friendly with $100 fee, which I found reasonable for my small dog. Property is VERY clean and everything was in working order, except the under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. HVAC was very responsive and quiet. Water pressure was excellent. Breakfast was only so-so. When asked if they had milk, the attendant replied that their supplier was out. (Maybe send someone to the nearby grocery store?) Free internet was somewhat slow. All of the staff that I encountered were super professional and friendly. I really appreciated their kindness and attentiveness to every detail. I'll be back!

The hotel was great, as a building although the pool was broken, whatever just my luck I should have checked. We got to the room and looked out our window guess what we saw, another hotel about a 30 second walk from where we where. We ignored it and watched tv the sensor which was on the remote and the tv (how the remote controls the tv) was so hard to control I had to tap 50 times to get where I wanted. We eventually got it to work watched our show and slept, now it's the morning we get up and see a I kid you not a spider! I used Google lends and looked it up I can't be any more real with you guys it said "Their bite is venomous and can cause symptoms similar to a black widow bite, but less severe." Stayed here to visit family in the area. Room was very clean. Hotel staff were all friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Atmosphere of hotel is very comfortable and welcoming. Close to shopping, restaurants and downtown Frederick.

Stayed here a few times. Last time was different than the first time. First few times were great. Not sure what happend. Stayed a week recently and room was only cleaned once. People smoking in room near ours, yelling in hall all hours of night from a very drunk construction crew on our floor. Had to request bath towels when no one ever came to tidy up the room.. Trash was only dumped once. The rest of the stay, I dumped it myself in elevator can. Was told to sit outside room. Trash sat outside door for a day before I dumped it myself. Only plastic recycle was taken after can was sitting in hall for almost two days. Had to flag a nice young man down in hall for dishtowels & paper towels after we never recieved any. TV was broken in room. Also booked a room with a queen bed but was a full
