worst stay ever. first off individuals use this place as a permanent residence and by individuals I mean those of lower socioeconomic status. They also have children here that do not go to school not sure how they get away with that. I feel bad for the kids they are stuck here and its shady. Don't be fooled by the new and updated look of this place. the halls and the elevators smell like weed most of the night time. You will hear people's babies crying at all hours my neighbors baby would scream all day and night. There's families and people with babies on every floor so there's no getting away from it. Also would hear people hanging out in the halls at crazy hours. I was staying for business and would not recommend. I thought this was a professional place used for business purposes/travel

I stayed here a month or so ago. Had a decent stay, the room was nice looking. Everything was fine until I picked up the TV remote to turn the TV on. The back of the remote fell off right away and the batteries were dead. Not a big deal, carried on with my day since I was very tired from a long flight. Next day comes and I go down to the lobby to get new batteries. This woman who claims to be a manager, starts trying to say I broke the remote this and that. She wound up giving me a new remote with tape holding the back of the remote on it, which must mean most these remotes are probably like the one I had. I get upstairs and turn on the TV to see a giant crack and white lines going across the screen. I call down to the front desk to inform them about the TV, next thing I know the "manager"

Check my pics of all the dog hairs and pubes on rag hope I don’t get aids. Our room smells like old syrup dog and that fishy outside smell. The bed was pretty clean but hurt my shoulder and back really bad. My black socks are gross I can see extra long longer than 1 inch dog hairs all over them and I don’t have a dog I’ve attached a pic of the hairs. They only leave 1 tiny shampoo bottle and 2 small soap bars. There aren’t any pots and pans or plates I guess you have to ask for them but I don’t need them. There also isn’t a blow dryer or iron which is rare. Hallways are ok. The Netflix doesn’t work you have to ask for WiFi for it they didn’t provide it should be more organized. No breakfast at all if you want a great experience get a better hotel room. The dog hairs btw are disgusting look

The WoodSpring Suites are the standard I wish most of the hotels similar to extended stay select would follow. I have been here for a couple of trips to Ft. Myers and I would recommend this place for long stays or even for a better value than most hotels in the areas. The suite is clean, provides ample room for storing items and some rooms even come with a dishwasher which is a features their local competitors don’t even offer. The service is good and it doesn’t take long to get help after hours, however you shouldn’t expect 24hr service. My only complaint is the location. Typically during rush hour, the only road to get to the hotel is often blocked due to the increase traffic. Still, expect that you’ll have a hard time trying to leave or enter the building if it were an emergency or yo

When I checked in the attendant spoke to me like I was a long term resident. ie where to leave my trash (outside of the building). There were two pillows on the bed and was told I wasn't allowed any more pillows. There was instruction to bring used towels to the front desk for a replacement. I saw a housekeeper but she said she couldn't exchange the linens. The front desk had a gate down when staff were away from the desk. There were two staff on duty when I went to exchange towels but they were both away from the desk and arrived together. When we were checking out the gate was down and I called the phone they have where you can contact staff. The woman who responded was kind of rude telling me I could have left the key cars in the room. There was a lot of instructions in the lobby and no
