MainStay Suites Fort Myers East I-75

This hotel was great! Only opened 1 1/2years, it still had that new smell to it! Very clean and spacious. We stayed there for 6 days and enjoyed the free breakfast each morning. Nice pool/area too with even a handicap seat to go into the water. We had a really nice kitchenette in our room (this part of the hotel is an extended stay hotel), with a full size fridge, sink, stove top (no oven) and there were utensils, dishes and pots and pans. We went out and bought some food to cook so that was a money saving right there! People at the front desk were great; staff in the breakfast are were sooo nice! The housekeeping work hard to keep the hotel like brand new. The second part of this hotel is a Choice hotel which were heard from a guest staying in that part was equally as nice. Howev

Staff was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Rooms were clean and well thought out. The reason for not giving a 10 is your breakfast is sorely lacking compared to others. Scrambled eggs do fairly wel, but fried and omlets made ahead are like rubber. No gravy and biscuits. No yogurt. No hard boiled eggs You're in heaven if you like tons of muffins and breads and sugary cereals.

Never had any issue obtaining supplies. Housekeeping was friendly and always happy to change out towels or trash. We opted not to have them clean the room during our stay but I did ask for several things and they were great. ||Parking convenient and safe. ||Lobby was always clean and it was a nice space for eating takeout or playing cards with the kids. ||Front desk staff friendly. ||Laundry convenient, modern and clean. Straight to the point, what an amazing front desk staff member we had check us in. I wish I had noted your name - but you wrote uplifting messages on every hotel key card holder you gave out. You smiled constantly... and you were polite, welcoming, helpful, caring and kind. And the room was great, with a comfortable bed and a little kitchen area too. I've stayed in many hotels across the world, most of which have been 4/5 star locations, and this hotel truly exceeded some of those. It goes to show you... great staff elevate the quality and experience. And you can see why this hotel gets an exceptional rating on multiple booking platforms. To that young lady at the front desk... you are a role model employee and a wonderful human being. 10/10

Everything was great. The girl at the front desk was extremely nice and very aaccommodating. The place was spotless, the breakfast was hot and fresh and everything was kept full. The room was awesome only complaint was the stove top was very hard to figure out and after like 5 minutes shut itself off and had trouble getting it restarted.im sure it is for safety reasons and we eventually worked it out. Can't wait to go back!
