Drury Inn & Suites Fort Myers Airport FGCU

The shuttle service to and from the airport was clean and reliable. Emily was a great driver and super welcoming and knowledgeable about the Drury amenities. Lisa at the front desk was kind, helpful and very hospitable. We took a stroll to the mall next to the hotel for lunch and shopping. The pool had tons of seating options, warm sun, complimentary towels and the water was clean and felt great. We enjoyed our three free drink tickets during the 5:30 Kickback. Wish they were stronger, but still free. Then we walked to BJ’s next door where they gave us a discount on our meals for being Drury guests. The AC unit in our room did a great job combatting the heat from our sun burns. Thank you Emily, Lisa and Zoey for helping us have a great weekend getaway!

Absolutely outstanding! The entire hotel was clean and well-appointed, the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, and the food was plentiful. This is hands down the best hotel experience we've ever had, and the only down point is that we didn't find it sooner or stay longer. |I'd 100% recommend this establishment to anyone looking for value in return for their money.

Nothing fancy. No over the top lobby. No annoying key card to access elevators. Everything is clean and works. Better than many Doubletrees and Marriots. I wasn't here long and didn't take advantage of the free food. But there is a bathtub, a luxury these days as many hotels have converted to only showers.

We’ve stayed at Drury before and absolutely love it. The hotel is always incredibly clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The food and drinks are great, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. During our most recent stay, we experienced a small issue in the morning, and Brandon, the Assistant General Manager, went above and beyond to help us. He handled everything quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. It’s people like him who truly make a difference in a guest’s experience. Thank you so much, Brandon you were wonderful and we truly appreciate your help. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Stayed at this hotel for work, and if I’d had any other option, I would not have stayed here. This was the worst night’s sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. The air conditioning would not cool the room below 73°F. I went to the front desk to complain and was told they’re on an “ecosystem” setup that factors in the outside temperature, so they can’t lower it any further — which is unacceptable for a paying guest who needs proper rest. Overall, this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Even a Motel 6 has more basic amenities and better comfort than this place. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you need a cool room and reliable sleep for work.
