If there was a zero, this hotel would get it. I followed the rule, called the hotel, and made a reservation for a room and three small pets. A week later, after packing our house and driving 6 hours, we were denied out room when the check in clerk texted her boss. We asked if he would call our number or the hotel so we could talk, and he said||no. My husband husband raised his voice (no verbal or physical threats) and a guy came running out of the back room threatening to call the police. Called corporate. No other hotel in the chain would take us. Ridiculous to not honor your word and COWARDLY to refuse to talk to customers!
This was the most disgusting hotel experience I’ve ever had, and is 100% not worth $350 for the 2 nights we stayed. To start, I killed 2 bugs in the first day we were there. The sheets smelled and looked like they’ve never been washed. There were stains and splatters all over the walls and outlets and headboards. The air filter in the bathroom was covered in dirt/dust and looked like it had never been changed. There were multiple holes in the walls that they seemed to have plugged with plastic bottle tops??? The bathroom doorknob had paper shoved behind it to I guess hold it in place. Seriously this place is a dump and I felt dirty the entire stay. I wish I could post pictures to truly share the experience. We were told the GM would contact us about our stay and we haven’t heard from him a
This hotel has the worst management and employees I’ve ever experienced. I work for a large construction company who has spent in excess of 20K a month renting rooms at this location while in town for a project. There are constant and frequent maintenance issues, toilets not flushing, bath tubs not draining, internet and televisions not working. The manager and the employees roll their eyes and give us dirty looks when we bring these things to their attention. As of today, the manager kicked me out for being a “complainer” as I’m the person in charge of the crew, and as such, am the one who brings issues to their attention. The staff refuse to clean rooms properly, we’ve had the same filthy shower curtain in our room for 3 months now. They don’t mop the floors, and if you go down to
My family and I were in a situation where we needed somewhere to stay with our family (2 kids, 2 dogs and 1 cat). We didn't not know what to do. Went to this hotel and they were so kind and understanding. The kindness that Rodney and his staff showed my family was so appreciated. In a time where life threw us a curve ball the staff here took such a weight off our shoulders. ||||The rooms are clean and well equipped with what you need. The building and grounds we also well taken care of. ||||They even worked with us through our dogs barking at first. We had never had our dogs in a hotel, and the experience made them very edgy for a couple days. I was so worried they were going to make us leave, but instead they continued to be wonderful and kind to us.
The front desk is not open when it says it will be open. Shampoo (or conditioner) is not provided. Cleaning service only every 14 days (?). I get the feeling people live in the hotel. Shower had hot water in the evening, not in the morning. All the (non-bathroom) lights on one switch, so not possible to have one night light on without having two on over the bed. No lamps, either. Old, slim line phone that didn't work - probably not a big deal. Stove top didn't work, fridge was fine, microwave small but worked fine. I stayed both nights but won't go back.
