There are no words to express how incredible this hotel was very clean very comfortable very accommodating and Jerry the front desk lady I cannot say enough about her. She was so helpful. I got something on my shirt and she had no problems helping me get that out of my shirt. She was amazing. Keep her around. She is one incredible employee.

We visited for a Valentine’s Day getaway. We spent the weekend watching the hogs and spending time together. This hotel was fantastic. The staff were helpful and kind. They were open to conversation and took interest to us. We are very pleased with how close this was to the university. The bed was comfortable. The shower was clean and the water pressure was good. We didn’t need the kitchen but a nice touch for fresh fruit or items that are hard to enjoy at a baseball game. It was nice to come in and feel at home. I would highly recommend this hotel again. ️

Listen, this is a great hotel. Rooms are super clean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchens are well equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare meals. Room size is nice and spacious. Super friendly front desk agents too.

Was not able to check in—booked a dog room through Expedia, when I arrived there were no dog rooms available. I had already paid the money and was not given a refund or a room. I had to book another room last minute before my event just hours away from arrival. It’s been 3 days with multiple calls to the establishment and the managers have both been gone/not able to help me or respond to emails from Expedia. Expedia can’t give my money back without approval for the hotel. A simple click of a button. Paid for the room—wasn’t able to check in—was not given any sort of refund. Managers have been very difficult to work with. Will avoid this hotel/and Expedia for all future stays in Fayetteville. What a waste of time and money. It didn’t need to be this difficult.
