Trailwood Mobile Home & RV Park

Parked RV here for 4 months. The owner, Danny, is the nicest guy. Very helpful. The park itself has been around for many years, set up by Danny's parents. Very well maintained. Large trees for shade and a nice curb. Great place to walk your pets!

We have lived here for 3 months. It’s a great quiet neighborhood. We have felt safe. The neighbors great and so is the location. It is a mobile home park that is converting to RV. It does not have laundry but does have a nice playground. We would recommend for a long or short stay. Tip- It is divided into 2 areas. The back street is nice and quiet at night.

If this is the park I'm thinking and hoping it is, my grandparents have lives there for YEARS as well as my youngest uncle. Its ALWAYS looked very well maintained. Very nice curb appeal, that isn't done by the customers themselves. I know Grandpa likes to make his space his... Or did rather... This place holds special memories for me jus bc of them. Went and visited about 8 years ago and I gotta say, I'd give the same review. I would choose this place over any other to be quite honest

Incredible community in the heart of town! The owners are wonderful and so helpful. As a single female I feel exceptionally safe living here. It is an active community with many daily walkers. The expectation is that everyone is kind to one another and you feel that with each person who stays here. The lots are a great size and well manicured. The owners upkeep everything in the neighborhood so well. Trailwood is a true treasure in a fantastic location! I highly recommend either for a short term or long term stay.

The manager has no emotional control. Big guy. Very aggressive and controlling. Had to call the cops because he blocked us in with his truck acting all aggressive freaking out about not doing things his way. Things that had nothing to do with him. It was wierd. Never seen that type of control freak. Worst experience we have ever had in a park community like this.
