Positive: Nothing Negative: Not clean, smelled bad, had roaches in room

I had a very important family event for family and so booked this so as to have kitchen facility. No kitchen items at all. no silverware, no dishes, no cookware. I expected to have all these things as I had my grandkids with me. Had to spend extra money that I did not plan on to cook food that I packed with the trip.|I had the same experience a couple years ago in texarkana. Thought give you another opportunity. Failed again. On top of all this we had bugs. very disappointed!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and disgusting — there were cockroaches, strange stains on the floor, and the gas exhaust fan was covered in grease. The microwave was in awful condition and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful, showing no respect or willingness to assist. Overall, the place felt neglected, unhygienic, and very uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My door had a large gap in it. While it could be broken into you could see all the way in through it taking privacy away. The worst part was the internet. Not usable. Had to leave and find free WiFi. Staff was always arguing with someone at the counter. Only good thing is it was very cheap.
