Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites

Beautiful hotel. My room was very nice and clean. Entire property was very well maintained. Had plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast buffet was way above average for hotels in this price point. The only downside was the road noise. That could be expected seeing that a road was just outside my window.|I just turned on my white noise app on my phone and that handled most of it. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast/ bar/ pool all amazing. The best part of our stay was the service! Both morning and night Front desk receptionist Were incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a 5 star experience. The breakfast cook was welcoming, and the house keepers are incredibly friendly. Best hotel experience iv had for sure. Thank you.

One of the nicest Best Westerns we’ve stayed in. Anthony at the front desk was very professional and inviting. Our room was spacious, was nicely decorated with wireless device chargers and good lighting. I loved the walk shower complete with wall dispensers. We didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the pools but they looked beautiful and clean. The breakfast and bar area was nicely organized and good selections. The location is easily accessed from hwy 35. Also there are several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is dog friendly which we greatly appreciate.

Positive: Location Negative: The room was not clean, there was trash on the floor, there was mold in the bathroom, the ceiling fan and light were broken, and the staff did not care. toilet was clogged, and nobody could assist for two hours because there was only one person working

Front desk staff is really nice and helpful! There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and a Walmart close by for the forgotten items. My room was bigger than I expected, pleasant surprise! Bed is a bit hard and the pillows are kind of flat, but I brought my own so that's ok. Quiet. Clean. Plenty of options for breakfast. The pool looks nice, but it's outdoors and chilly right now so I'm not going swimming. Nice fitness room. I'm a runner and there's a lot of places to run in this area.
