Holiday Inn Express & Suites Denton South by IHG

I have stayed here many times, just one night so I can meet a friend for a night out. This time was not great. I was glad to see that coffee is now available 24/7. The room was fine, the bed did not appear to have had new linens on it, it was all messy. The shower had no pressure. The price went up $30 not sure why. The young woman at the reception desk was terrible. She was rude, the 2 men checking in before me were treated like second class citizens, she could not understand the one man and said as much to him, them just told him to sign. Just terrible treatment. When I mentioned the increase in price she said they were very busy and the price was due to that, funny thing though I am a reward member and made my reservation at least 2 month in advance. I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. Honestly, there’s not much room for improvement, as everything was top-notch. I’d highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Our stay was really good. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff members at the front desk, both during checking in and checking out. Breakfast was good and met our expectations. Michael, was working in the kitchen and dining area was really phenomenal. He was very interactive and friendly with everyone and went out of his way to make sure everything was on point.
