SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denton

Positive: the updated lobby and room decor. Negative: the shower finish work was lacking. As a construction "finish" expert, the shower was poorly caulked. There was a broken corner piece of shower wall, that was attempted to be fixed, FAIL. Room 324

Really nice suite. Very clean. Front desk was a bit slow in responding to my arrival, which was at 10 PM, but they were very quick to get me checked in and to my room, when they did get there. Breakfast was offered in. a very pleasant room, witth a good selection of items. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient for reaching places like sports facilities and dining areas. The space is spacious and well-equipped, and I felt very comfortable staying here. The staff are enthusiastic and cheerful. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Denton.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful and the look and feel is truly like a 5 star property, nothing like the typical SpringHill Suites. Everything from the design to the atmosphere exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top notch experience! What a wonderful stay! The staff are so kind and welcoming, the hotel feels much more like a luxury property than a typical SpringHill Suites, and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy with plenty of space. I’d happily stay here again!

We just spent one night in room 226 and the bed was absolutely awful and pillows were not much better. Could feel the springs on the mattress, definitely needs to be replaced. Bathroom mirror was not cleaned well, looked like cleaned with an oily substance, lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was terrible (it was a suite room with separate little sofa space). Didn't get a super clean feel from the towels either. Shower pressure was really good. I have stayed here couple times before and don't remember the discomfort like from this room. Maybe it's just that room that needs a new mattress.
