I stayed here a week. Overall not a bad experience until my toilet clogged at 5 am and when I went downstairs to get a plunger to stop the water from over flowing I was told I have to wait until 9am and that a overflowing toilet is “technically not an emergency” so the water will continue to keep overflowing until 9am and housekeeping will have a huge mess to clean up because I guess grabbing a plunger was too much to handle and not a emergency. You would think that an extended stay might provide a plunger in the rooms for situations like these. I guess not. I don’t know the name of the lady on the phone. But today’s date is 2/25/2026 and I’m sure you can see who worked today and was too lazy to bring a plunger.

Rooms were surprisingly clean it must have been a pest problem because they sprayed. But I never saw a hint of one. It was very quiet. This is a GREAT location Sams all the stores are behind it. Sames, Meyers, Walmart, Ross, and many others... They don't allow temp residency for over 28 days that's not even a month😐. Yet I'm confused because the have a monthly add being run?? For residency. No coffee. Bring your own everything...

We are staying in this hellscape while we find a new place to live because our previous homeowners are selling their house. We thought this would be a seamless transition but alas, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. ||We were here for almost 28 days and were informed that we owed money because of our dog. We had already paid for a whole month. They said it was a $75.00 pet fee for the stay. Well, apparently "the stay" only equals a week and it's $75.00 a week. So, they took money out of what we had paid for the month to cover said fee. This left us completely unprepared because we live on a fixed income. My hubby is a combat wounded veteran and only gets paid 1 time a month. It had taken all our money to move, rent a uhaul and storage space and rent this god forsaken room. The fi

Just so you understand, I chose not to post my dissapointmet and unfortunate experience staying at your facility on any social media to spare the good people that work and stay in the "boarding house"! I call it a boarding house because that is what it is! I purposely checked in around 3pm so that I could get ready for the weekend. Upon checking in I learned that they had over booked and I did not have a room and that they had "called me on October 17th to let me know". I told the person at the desk that I had checked online earlier in the day and that my reservations were still current and that I had never had a call from Woodsprings! The manager was called and miraculously they found a room for me. From that point on the things did not get better. I learned from tenants that night

it's the first time I've stayed in this hotel and the truth was very disappointing as they didn't take responsibility for leaving the room clean, everything is disgusting. The sheets were stained. It had an unbearable smell and many insects like cockroaches really what a very bad experience, I tried to speak kindly with the hotel service and the truth they ignored me they were very rude and I think it is horrible that I have this treatment when you really come to clear your mind to another city, I am from Texas and despite the fact that this is not a super luxurious hotel I have been in hotels like this and with better service it is quite disappointing that something so simple they cannot solve imagine if something worse happens in the room I do not recommend this hotel At all.
