Moriah and Krista were very friendly and hospitable. Super happy, knowledgeable, speedy, and patient getting me checked in and answering my questions. Great experience with ALL the staff I encountered. The rooms were very updated and fancy as well as being very clean, smelling fresh, and spacious. Beds were comfy as always, bathrooms spotless and bright, and towels soon soft. It took me a few walks down the hallways to figure out the lay of the land as find out where everything was at. Definitely a hotel that cares about keeping themselves top notch, relevant, and being the go to place in town. Room Rates were very reasonable. So happy I stayed here and would recommend it to anybody!!!

We selected this Holiday Inn on a rainy and cool weekday night based on its location next to some nicer restaurants. The parking immediately next to the hotel is limited but was available on this quiet night. The room and hotel were fine, although if you looked closely, it could use a deep cleaning (e.g., the top edge of the baseboard in the bathroom was filthy). The room was laid out differently than most hotel rooms, with the bathroom immediately opposite the bed. If anyone got up to use it during the night, chances are their spouse would wake up. Room doors along the hallway could slam noisily if not carefully closed. Since the hotel was not busy I cannot attest to the level of noise from adjoining rooms. Julie, the bartender, is super friendly and attentive! Really appreciated her warm demeanor, especially in the cold of December. Had the salmon prepared by Darrin in the kitchen and it was absolute dynamite. It was so good I had to have him come out so I could tell him! Nice to have a top notch meal on the road. If you're in Champaign and looking for a place to lay your head, you won't be upset. The beds are warm and cozy and the staff is even warmer. Thanks for a great stay!

I applaud the staff at the Holiday Inn Champaign for continuing to set the bar in customer service. The front desk staff called my by name at every interaction, They recognized my Diamond Elite status. There were no issues with my room, check-in or check-out. The new breakfast menu was wonderful with my food cooked perfectly. GM Boyd and his team are professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. I will continue to stay here for business and pleasure.

I reserved a standard king bed. The room size is not too bed and very clean. The carpet is in question required to wear shoes or slippers. The bathroom is old and ventilation doesn't work. The bed is comfortable but too short soft for a light person, so imagine a heavier person. Many outlets and USB plugs available. No complementary breakfast when I pay much higher price compared with other local hotels with free breakfast. Parking is limited.
