I Hotel & Illinois Conference Center

Fantastic service. Staff provided service as if it were a nice 4 or 5 star hotel. Nice free breakfast included. Can either eat in or take out. Small fitness center in site. Free passes to ARC fitness center which is amazing were provided as well. I was there during a school break and the room was very inexpensive. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. While I understand that price can vary depending events in CU, this hotel was a great find and top notch.

This is an older property, but is impeccably maintained. The room was spacious and very clean and well-maintained. Beds were very comfortable and the blackout shade was a plus. Overall the facility was top notch. Breakfast was also nice and had a nice variety. I would gladly return.

Stayed here for UI-Con and it was nice! Very clean, rooms up to date, and comfortable. My only complaint is that housekeeping came in without knocking despite our do not disturb sign… The walls are also very thin. I could easily hear our neighbors.

Top-Tier Service with a Personal Touch I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Not only were the facilities spotless and the amenities great, but the staff also went above and beyond for our family. They found my child’s forgotten plush toy and shipped it all the way back to California for free. It’s rare to find that level of care and kindness. We are definitely returning customers!

This hotel is just ok but definitely not does not live up to the hype or the price. The room struggles to stay a consistent temperature and was, for the majority of the time, 2-3 degrees colder than the thermostat setting. I even experienced this is the conference center when I attended my meetings so this was not just specific to the rooms. Next, the shower was only hot enough to take a shower if you turned the dial all the way. Anything less and it was luke warm at best. Additionally, my mini fridge was loud at times and the door that hid it, didn't close all the way. I hate to complain about a complementary free breakfast but the open time was not consistent and the food wasn't the best. I travel a lot and I will close with, the staff is amazing. They really have a great staff!
