Nice hotel and nice room. GREAT little bar and café. Tina was so accommodating and friendly. She definitely added positive experiences to our visit at this hotel. Thank you Tina!! 😊

This property has suffered catastrophic water damage in the very recent past. We were given a reservation and allowed to check in with no warning whatsoever. When we arrived to check in the desk agent delayed while he consulted with the manager. The lobby area was clean and dry. We were assigned to a room with no warning that the entire second floor was severely damaged. The elevator floor was covered with a slab of wet cardboard. The second floor hallway carpet was still spongy and covered in bits of wet drywall debris. Walls are missing. Wet ceiling tiles are still in place in some places. Other tiles are missing with cableing hanging from the ceiling. The room we were placed in was clean and dry but redolent of fresh paint. The smoke detector was still covered with plastic and

Excellent price for the area. Many other hotels close by but more expensive. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. 2nd time stying there. Will stay there again in the early fall on our way to our winter home. Close to Interstate and good restaurants.

Nice and clean and super friendly staff. The pool was chilly but certainly had great hours. No hot tub. We did not try the evening bar with sandwiches, but the breakfast (purchased) was not the best - just heated up pre-made sandwiches or bagels. Was really nice to have complimentary coffee! For just passing through it was an good place, but would be super if they had better breakfast offered.

Courtyard is the lowest tier in Marriott portfolio of properties, and this place exemplifies that. Lots of little things went wrong during my stay in October 2025. It started when I checked in and took went to my room...and the room was occupied. That is, I used the key card to open the room door,.and there were people in the room. After very quick, awkward apology, I went back the the front desk and told the employee what happened. She wasn't exactly apologetic. Instead she blamed it on the fact that she had just started her shift, and suggested the error was due to the way their computer system works. But I highly doubt that to be true. Room number 2 also has a problem. The door wouldn't latch properly and the bolt wouldn't latch at all. Room number 3 had no issues. Until the key cards s
