WoodSpring Suites Cedar Park - Austin North

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I stayed here for an entire month, and not once did I receive room service. Despite that, I was charged $3 per day for a linen exchange — a service I only used twice, yet they billed me for the entire period and even tried to double charge me. To make matters worse, due to staff miscommunication, I was never properly informed that I needed to move my car for pavement work. On the day of, a staff member told me to move it — but later they tried to charge me an additional $75 for something that was clearly their mistake. When I disputed the charge, they cut short the days from my booking — days I had already paid for in advance. Someone really needs to teach them a lesson — or maybe karma will. We have stayed here once before and was surprised that the hotel didn't have soap in the room or ice available on site. That being said we knew going this time to bring ice and soap. The room is affordable and we were going to a show at the Haute Spot so we booked here anyways.||Saturday the 15th we went to check in at 4:15 (check in is at 3). I went to the desk and they said my room wasn't ready. I asked if I was mistaken about check in time being at 4. The young lady working the desk was very dismissive and made me feel like it was my problem that they were not ready and told me to come back in 45 minutes. This place is awesome. It is so clean and quiet. Evelyn and Gabe are just so awesome. Evelyn and Gabe go above and beyond with kindness and trying to accommodate no matter the situation. They are both so pleasant and kind. They make my stay more connected with heart and laughter. I can not thank Evelyn and Gabe enough for connecting with me from a place of proffesional Heart. I sent an email to the email address the staff gave me. Hello, I stayed in your hotel on September 5-7th. I drove 8 hours to the cedar park location to stay a couple nights for a funeral. I got there relatively late at night and the incident occurred around midnight. Imagine my shock and disappointment when I laid down in the hotel bed, and was met with bed bugs. I had two bugs on my body, I saw more on the bed and more on the floor. I also saw a roach on my backpack which was sitting on top of the desk and another one on the chair for the desk. I was so disgusted. I immediately contacted the front desk. I had my own personal pillow and blanket BUG FREE with me in the bed when this occurred. I had to throw those both away. I was given another room on a higher floor, which was better but st
