Hampton Inn & Suites Cedar Park North Austin

When we travel to Cedar Park to visit our daughter, SIL and Grandchildren we usually stay at one of the hotels there as they're house is full, two of the hotels we have stayed at, Comfort Suites and La Quinta, have really gone downhill fast so we decided to give Hampton Inn a try when we came there to take care of grandkids while their mom was in the hospital having twins. Wow from the very first the hospitality was great and Morgan was absoutely awesome, in fact she texted us several times during the week to check and see how are stay was going. The hotel was spotless, everything worked like it was suppose to, we used a digital key to get into the room and even the breakfast was good we will be staying there again

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation deserves attention. I booked six rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites Cedar Park for January 15–16. During the reservation process, I accidentally used the wrong credit card. I realized the mistake the same day and immediately rebooked the exact same six rooms using the correct credit card. The stay occurred as planned and the hotel received full payment. However, the hotel has refused to refund the original $773.40 charge, which means I was billed twice for the same stay due to a simple clerical error that was corrected immediately. I spoke with the manager on duty, Morgan, on March 4 to try to resolve the issue, but my request to correct the duplicate charge was declined without any attempt to find a reasonable solution. This is the finest hotel/motel we have ever stayed in! We stayed in a king, ADA-accessible room on the first floor. The lighting is bright, especially in the bathroom. My husband and I loved the sliding closet/bathroom door, the electric-controlled shades, the breakfast buffet hours to 10am (rather than 9am in most other hotels), the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness, the appealing decor and seating areas in the lobby, and other features too numerous to mention. We became acquainted with Alan, the night manager, who was extremely attentive to our needs, which we greatly appreciated. As a result of our wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays, we have booked at Hampton Inns in other cities and will continue to do so in the future.

I stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cedar Park often, and it’s always a great experience. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Alan at the front desk is fantastic — always friendly and helpful — and Morgan, the manager, really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The rest of the staff is amazing too; everyone here works hard to make guests feel welcome. I always enjoy my stays and highly recommend this hotel!
