Best Western Cedar Inn

I travel for work consistently and stay in a lot of hotels, but this hotel right here has got to be the kindest and most customer service oriented establishment I have ever set foot into. From the registration process, the cleanliness of the rooms, to us wanting a different room closer to the stairs, to the absolutely most amazing thick rich waffles ever made! And the best part is that the owners and their family are proud and happy to be that way. I feel blessed and refreshed after staying here. Thank you for peaceful energy!

Wonderful staff; very kind and helpful people and very clean, tended to spaces despite the aging property. Vending and ice was available at all times, as well as dark bold coffee. Thank you for a great stay!

This place is rundown & dirty. The phone didn’t work. The fridge made noise, but it was bigger. No safe & no closet. Doors slammed most of the night. There was mold around the sink & tub. Service was good.

For a motel at this level, they do a great job. I was informed that the air conditioning units are being replaced, and that was the only source of noise. The service was friendly, and we even received a text message checking in to see if everything was meeting our expectations. This thoughtful gesture added a positive touch to our experience and this review.

Giving 5 stars mainly because the girl at the front desk Emma was a ROCKSTAR the hospitality was amazing she really went above and beyond for me and my kids while we stayed here. I will absolutely be back as long as she’s still there!!!
