La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin - Cedar Park

Great experience here! Stayed in the suite with the spa tub and it was SO nice! Highly recommend it for the sheer relaxation value. The complementary breakfast was well stocked but lacked all meat options around 8AM so go early if you're interested in that, breakfast stopped at 9. No bacon, sausage, eggs, or anything like that was left (so honestly it's unknown if it was even an option) but we smashed the waffles and French toast sticks! All in all, a great experience and we will definitely book here again when visiting in the future!

As soon as I walked in the lobby, there is a strong smell like car freshener is trying to cover something up, I have asthma , but was hopeful it was just the lobby. There is 1 elevator, after waiting for a while , out comes housekeeping with a big bin of trash. The elevator smells like the back of a restaurant. Then we get to our room and the musty smell is all my lungs can take, my husband is taking our belongings off the cart and I tell him I’m gong to have an asthma attack and we have to leave. We go back to the elevator, which now smells like pine sol and I get to our car to do my inhaler. My husband goes back up to get our belongings and check out. No refund is given and I look for Another hotel.|If you have any respiratory issues, allergies, asthma, hate smells, stay away!

Positive: Good breakfast Negative: Hallway carpet was not kept clean, shower curtain was not wide enough, overall cleanliness not good

Only word I can describe the hotel is dirty. Our floors were sticky and humid. They literally left our feet black from how gross they are. The pool are was gross (there’s no hot tub like advertised it’s a heated pool felt more like I was taking a bath with strangers), mold on the walls and a dirty bathtub. Will definitely stay away from this hotel in the future

The ceiling in our room looked like it had a water leak across whole ceiling, afraid the ceiling would cave in on us, rooms smelled musty, the lady who checked us is was amazing. The amenities are nice, location was nice. When I got home I realized I had forgotten my hoodie so I called the hotel to see if they had a lost and found. Cecelia answered, she was very rude, she said I can come look, it’s not their job to look, we as customers are lucky they don’t throw our stuff away. She was very rude and condescending and made it seem like the hotel is doing a great service to the community by “not throwing away things left in room.” All I asked is if she could look or please not toss it if they do find it because I will be back in two weeks.
