WoodSpring Suites Bentonville

I have to say that this extended stay hotel is the best I've stayed at in a while. Super friendly/helpful staff, clean rooms and hallways, safe environment, kid friendly. Guest laundry affordable and clean! Love this hotel. 1st pick out of all of them. Has a full sized fridge and little kitchen area to cook. All appliances up to date no problems. No bugs or any gross things. They even let me borrow a fan when I called in the middle of the night.

I'm easy to satisfy. The staff was very friendly and completely up front with what to expect with my stay and was very surprised with the rate I was able to get by reserving it two weeks in advance. (My stay was 10 days). My room was on the fourth floor in the corner of the building and was very quiet. It was clean with a cook top, microwave and full size refrigerator with ice trays. The television was setup with Cox cable and worked well for my needs. The bed was a king and very comfortable. Even though this place is very pet friendly, I didn't notice any of the smells associated with any of the pets (it seemed like everyone had a dog except me). The place was absolutely clean. The rooms are “VERY NICE “ . The staff goes above and beyond to help out in ‘ANY WAY’. They are ALWAYS available for any needs you may have. Other guests are very polite. They are “VERY,VERY Pet friendly. Snack machines are AMAZING. Laundry room is wonderful. I would recommend WoodSprings, in Bentonville to anyone! There has NEVER BEEN anyone drinking or loitering around. Very quiet!!!!5+ stars!

My stay has been great. When I needed something it was taken care of immediately. With so many dogs here it is amazing that it does not smell. My mattress is possibly new and wonderful. My house keeper, Amanda is awesome. I’m happy with my choice of staying here for my long term needs.

I had stayed here about 3 yrs ago and to be honest it was dirty, noisy, and even frightening at times. But to my surprise this time it had done a 180 compared to last time! My room was very clean, comfy and the hall ways were sparkling clean they even smelled clean and never heard peep from anywhere! Anytime one of the ladies or gentlemen seen me they always spoke politely to me and asked if everything was okay with my room. So if you need a room for the night or for a month (Me) stay with them Their great!!!
