Element Bentonville

Stayed Dec 29-Jan 1. Did not know anything about Element Hotels, but was very pleasantly surprised. Got an upgrade to a studio because very few rooms were occupied. Clean room, with a kitchenette and full-size fridge, dishwasher, pots and pans and everything needed to prepare and eat a meal in the room. Room was perfect - comfortable and quiet and dark at night. Excellent friendly and courteous staff, from the manager (who should teach hotel hospitality courses) to the woman who prepared breakfast (very much enjoyed our conversations with her...). Manager offered champagne and snacks for New Year's Eve, and bottled water for the road. Made to order breakfast items, and homemade salsa. Location - convenient to I-49, but did not hear highway traffic noise. We were in town to visit fam

A comfortable and welcoming experience from the moment I entered. The staff were friendly, personable, and accomodating to my requests The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a full kitchen with utensils and dishware to use during my long stay. My room felt more like a studio apartment. Elsa, the breakfast chef, took great care in making me a hot breakfast each day of my stay. Elsa and the rest of the staff are truly exceptional employees. Book this Element location if you are in Bentonville. You will enjoy your stay.

This is clearly the best family and business level hotel in Bentonville. it is quiet, clean and comfortable with an incredibly friendly staff and all the amenities you would expect for a much higher price. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and soft. The shower is strong with lots of hot water. Again, it is immaculately clean. |It seems to have been built to compete with Airbnb‘s because there is a small kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster, coffee, and a decently sized refrigerator. The complementary breakfast is very well designed and the room it is served in is light and bright and very comfortable.|This is a personal thing, but one of the issues in Bentonville is every hotel has deafingly loud air conditioning. This was my second stay at this property, and once again the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming every time I saw them. The room was clean and spacious, with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. I also really liked the wood floors—they feel so much cleaner than carpet. I have to give a special mention to Elsa at breakfast—she was wonderful! Her French toast was amazing, and she made the morning experience feel more like dining in a restaurant than a typical hotel breakfast. I usually don’t enjoy complimentary hotel breakfasts, but this one truly stands out. Everything was clean, the food was great, and Elsa’s warm, engaging conversation made the start to each day extra special.
