Spark by Hilton Bentonville

A perfect place to spend a few nights when traveling to the area. Clean, welcoming and affordable. Has all the amenities needed for a good stay. Loved the bagel bar idea and they even provided these fun ideas to change up the bagels each day.

My room smelled a little off, but not too bad and I got used to it pretty quickly. Other than that the place was spotless. Very clean! Unfortunately the breakfast offerings were a little sparse, but not terrible. Coffee available 24/7. Considering the price, I'd consider it a value. Staff were polite, friendly, and exceedingly accommodating and gave a fantastic vibe to the entire place. Shower pressure was good. Would happily stay again.

No in room microwave or coffee pot. Fridge a wee small. Couple make a spaces for semi trucks in the way back and GM approved this. Hilton Corp is at fault for going a little cheap here. Great for us truckers, though!! The rooms are awesome. Beds pretty good. I prefer foam but that's not in any hotel that I know of lol. Breakfast, again corporate fault, is all gluten. Cereal. Bagel. Blah blah. Great commercial washer/dryer and good $$. The trolleys for luggage? Scrap them!! Corp decision to bring in some triangle shaped thing lol. So, yeah.....great people, nice rooms, clean, hot water.......could use eggs and bacon and in room microwave. Def recommend!

I have to give a huge shoutout to Alex, the front desk manager, for how polite and professional she was. From my first stay, her warm and genuine personality made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. This hotel honestly surprised me — the room I stayed in was the best I’ve ever had, even compared to the Galt House in downtown Louisville and the Gaylord in Nashville. The design of the room was incredibly well thought out, spotlessly clean, and had such a modern, relaxing feel. You can tell they’ve put real care into making sure guests feel comfortable. I’ve stayed next door to this place many times while doing business in Bentonville, but this unexpected find has completely earned my loyalty going forward.
