Four Points by Sheraton Bentonville

This was my first time traveling to Bentonville. I researched several other hotels in the area but everything I saw just keep leading me to this one. I was NOT disappointed. As soon as you walk in it looks like a luxury hotel. The lobby is massive and the decor is very upscale. The staff was very helpful and was able to check me in quickly. the entire time I was there I felt safe, it was quiet and it made the stay enjoyable. If you're looking for a great hotel with a great value, this is definitely one to check out!

This is an old and dated building. It needs a BIG refresh. However, the room smelled of bleach and I like that! The front desk people were nice. No breakfast provided. The room was quiet as there were only 5 cars in the parking lot!

The hotel itself was great. Food was available at the bar! Rooms were big, room service was phenomenal every day bed was made towels were refreshed. The pool and hot tub was a great touch. Only down fall was the mini fridge spoiled my food I had in it amd the drinks wouldn't get cold. Other than that a great place to stay.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff is excellent and attentive. The rooms are great (I especially love the suite). The location is central, so I can get most places in B-ville that I need to go.

Had a fantastic stay. Good service, good drinks, everyone was lovely and my whole family enjoyed our stay. Kat at the front desk was super helpful and kind, best front desk experience I've had in a good while. The bartender, Kayla, was also just sweet as can be. I'll be sure to recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to book in the area.
