The owner had been extremely helpful with me. His prices are fair, and the rooms are far above what one would expect at the price point. There is no pool, and although I am sure that there are in other rooms, mine has no refrigerator or microwave. This is a minor convenience at best. There are a lot of full time residents here, but I have yet to have any poor interactions with any of them. If you need an extended stay, and don't want to pay $500 or more a week, then this is the place for you. I highly recommend it over The Days Inn across the highway.

Great location in both directions. Grocery stores right down the road, restaurants within walking distance. Very close to some of the city transportation bus stops. Very affordable prices and kind and understanding and caring management team. And it's quiet at night for the most part most definitely. Very clean area it looks like they are doing some upgrading which is much needed. I can never thank the owner and management team of this property enough for how much they have worked with myself and my ex whenever I stayed here last year for a few months. That manager especially totally cool understanding Down to Earth Fair man.

Our Uber driver seemed confused that we wanted to be dropped off here. I DO NOT recommend staying here. The pool was filled with dirt. The room we were presented with smelled strongly of urine. If you are down on your luck & need somewhere to stay they have weekly rates.

We have been a tenant here for several months, and this place is a great place to stay. Staff is great, and easy to get along with. Come join us for a great stay, but leave the drama behind. Me, my wife and dogs live here in room 109

We picked this hotel over others due to it's really high rating but it shouldn't be that high. It is primarily a live in hotel and was a bit messy and we didn't feel safe. There was a huge pile of trash at the top of the stairs where u go up to find your room, the room itself needed lots of repairs.... Stains. Nasty bathroom fan, the lamp looked puffed painted by a child, and there were lots of roaches. The bed was too firm for me to even sleep on it I went to my car in the middle of the night to try sleeping there but was too noisy to work. My bf decided that sleeping at the hospital when I had my procedure would be better than the hotel. It is cheap... I understand that... But this is the worst cheap hotel we have stayed at
