AC Hotel Bentonville

This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The staff is friendly and professional, the hotel was immaculately clean, the rooftop bar/restaurant was wonderful (we had drinks and shared an appetizer as well as a dessert). Everything we tried was delicious and the bartender (Sydney) did a great job and even made some local recommendations for us to try while in town. Based on our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend this location and would love to visit again.

Brand new hotel in heart of newly built Walmart HQ campus. Great place to stay if you are in the Bentonville area - we just stayed as a one night stopover on way to Ozarks…check out the old downtown square and free Walmart museum not even 1 mile away while there.

The lobby is beautiful. The staff is friendly enough, but the rooms are where you get lost. They are not functional. The air conditioning does not ever get cold. You cannot open up a window so it is consistently hot in your room. Also, there’s no air vent in the bathroom so overall this place is a never come back for me. There’s much better hotels like the C 21 or even the elements is better than this don’t waste your money cheap new build with very cheap finishes. Looks nice and photos but not nice in real life.

Hotel was newer when we (husband, myself and 2 young children) stayed. The lobby is stunning and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar was beautiful as well, drinks & apps tasty, and service was great. The room however was the downfall for me. Rooms are based on a European design (ie TINY). The size would be adequate if you were staying by yourself or maybe even 2 people, but way too small for a family of 4 for a long weekend. Lacked storage space and small bathroom. Horrible vanity lighting for a brand new hotel and for any female to do their makeup at (this should have been addressed during a room mockup during the design phase?). So I gave this hotel a perfect five star rating because I understand that it is a new hotel. It’s only been open a few months and so therefore I don’t expect perfection. I expect there to be problems and they have them and the reason I give them a five star rating is because I made the hotel staff aware of the concerns and they immediately rectified them without question. They definitely put a priority on customer service and customer satisfaction any future times that I have to come to Bentonville, Arkansas I can say that I would happily stay at this property again. Their beds in my opinion are amazingly comfortable. I would love to have one in my home. Their rooms are very clean very well appointed just an all-around great property.
