If your hotel card stops working dont expect to get in your room after 10 maybe 12 at the latest. I Sat in the front lobby hallway for 2.5 hours 3:20-6:07, during that time 7 calls to the 500 number for after hours check ins or key card problems. After working a 12 hour night shift. The lady called the District Manager 3 times and they said someone was on the way. Well 2.5 hours later still nothing. The receptionist door left wide open for anyone to just walk in and do or take whatever they want. Needless to say if you need anything what so ever after the front closes even if you can't get in a room you paid for your out of luck. If I could attactch a photo of receptionist door open I would. No way I would want someone working for me that leaves money and Buisness items unlocked and unatte

I enjoyed my experience. Best extended stay I've experienced. This was a safe , friendly environment and very clean. I will recommend this to others.

Let see, I will start with parking. The parking lot was always spotless. Oil but no trash at all. Plenty of parking spaces. When i walked in the door. It smelt so fresh and clean. The doggy treats are a cute touch. The staff lit up the room. Everyone had the biggest smiles and a warm, friendly personality. Courtney was extremely informative about my stay. Was very eager to help with anything I needed. Honestly she had me laughing the whole time. Really made me feel at home. So did Mrs. Carol my second favorite. she had excellent people skills and was so sweet. the rooms where clean and everything was in the room. whatever i needed housekeeping was johnny on the spot. lol the only complaint is the is no lamps or coffee machines. what hotel doesn't have a lamp in the room? the lighting is a

Room was dingey. Light switches didn't work. One of the chairs in the room had something spilt on it. As well as there was several spots on the floor. That the floor had Not been cleaned.
