Econo Lodge Augusta North - Washington Road

Complete in total scam artist. I have been struggling and staying in this hotel for almost 2 months with my children. Not only have I’ve been making use of reward points. I’ve been very strategic in using my milestone rewards to get extra points. They also have a promotion going on right now to earn three times the points with every stay. I have earned my points and paid the nights that I did not have points to use and today this morning all of my points were wiped away from me for no reason. They claim that I did a charge back on my stay on February 14 or I requested a refund However, even in doing so, it wouldn’t have constituted in all of my points being taken. If you look at the screenshots, 9500 points were Retracted, even though one night would only cost 8000 points. The math is not

Econolodge on Washington Road is actually one of the easiest hotels to book a room into easy and quick. It is a quiet location although I believe in the past it had a bad reputation but I stay here often and I haven’t had one problem thank you to Addy at the front desk for always being so polite and so helpful and making sure everything is good with my stays.

This hotel is great..Front desk was so amazing took care of all needs extremely friendly and easy check inn. Rooms are nice clean and comfy beds and have 55inch tvs in each room. TV was so big every hotel should have to have that size tv lol. Oh the vanity mirror has the push options to unfog your mirror and ability to change lights. The microwave had 2 regular plug in outlets built in the front of the microwave..Had a entire work truck back loaded with stuff tools some luggage and nobody bothered any of the stuff at all the entire night. Very very quiet and good location..Would definitely recommend and if back in this aera will stay again. Great job guys on your newly remodeled hotel and new management..

Filthy and gross. We were exhausted after a long day of traveling or we would have immediately left. On the plus side we did NOT experience bed bugs. The guy checking us in also seemed nice. We didn't dare use the shower, just immediately left the next morning. The 5 star reviews must be fake. There's no breakfast. It's right next to a bar that had sketchy people hanging out outside when we arrived. Would not stay here again.

I have been a guest at Econo Lodge ever since tree's severely damaged my home during the hurricane. The new owners, management, and staff members have all done a great job over this last year. The rooms are newly remodeled with new hardwood floors, new beds, freshly painted walls and modern finishings. Housekeeping does an amazing job at keeping the rooms clean and fully stocked. Anytime I need anything "Addy" at the front desk goes out of his way to help me. So, as long as you are ok with not having a washer and dryer on site and don't care about going swimming then I would highly recommend Econo Lodge for an affordable, enjoyable and comfortable stay!
