Let me tell yall something! There is an employee that goes OVER AND BEYOND! Her name is Priscilla........ she is nice, comforting, amazing and super helpful. She is a true testimony of happiness, courtesy, hospitality, love for all. But when it comes down to policy she doesn't play and she shouldn't. This sweet soul deserves all the praise. She is so humble and treated me with so much love on my bday. She acknowledges my child with all As and got her a gatoradeto show appreciation. I am so happy to blessed with her wonderful presence. My heart bleeds for her. oMG

Awesome staff, great accommodations. Will definitely recommend!!! The front desk is always courteous and extremely helpful. They really treat you like family and go the extra mile to meet the needs of their guests. They're part of why Woodspring Suites is a go to for me!

The front desk lady’s are always amazing and very helpful. I have never had any issues. The cleaning staff is very thorough and they are very detailed.

I was placed at Woodspring suites for the first time due to hurricane Helen destroying my home. The experience was devastating however their professionalism cleanliness and attentiveness was very relieving to me at that time. I'm back again by choice because of another flooding incident and I am proud to say I feel at home with their cleanliness and attentiveness and I will definitely recommend Woodspring suites to my friends and family as the best place to stay 5 ⭐

I wrote a review. Your hotel sucks! Whoever takes your reservations should know which of your hotels are truly pet friendly. I totally enjoy booking a room for 40 days, getting charged $216 for an animal and then getting kicked out because I have a cat. I work and have to travel and really don't need to worry about moving out in the middle of my stay. Made to feel like it was my fault because I had a cat and keep the $200 pet fee. Amazing considering this is the 3rd time I stayed there. Thought it was a good place. wrong. At least when they found out I had a cat they ripped the bed apart, left cleaners in the bathroom, a note on the TV telling their pet policy and left the room as is. Absolutely terrible customer service and a complete rip off. Hey sorry I don't think I took out a half of
