Fire 🔥 alarms go off extremely frequently at this hotel. If you stay here, be prepared for it. You will not get a restful nights sleep here. I was forced to evacuate my room after 12:00 a.m. on 2 of the first 3 nights due to fire alarms. I am confident the first incident was caused by guests smoking, as the hallway was filled with a strong skunk-like smell. You know what that is. The front desk staff showed little concern for the inconvenience. The same issue likely caused the second alarm, and this also happened during a previous stay at this hotel. Having to evacuate in the middle of the night three times across two separate stays is unacceptable. This wastes emergency resources and puts lives at risk. I will never stay here again. Pay extra and stay somewhere you can actually sleep. I

Looks great online but dont be fooled The place is a dump! They rush they're cleaning staff and I can tell the room was not very clean and really gross I was afraid to touch any of the surfaces my husband killed oh I'd say at least five cockroaches since we were there during the weekend things falling apart the little closet thing in the corner completely fell off luckily nobody got hurt kids banging around all over the place being noisy all hours of the night making it hard for other people to sleep staff was incredibly rude the entire time every time I got towels they were stained it was really gross this place is just a huge disappointment don't bother booking it you won't be happy unless you like living with filth and cockroaches then maybe this is the place for you.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Tried checking in at another local Woodspring hotel where the elevator wasn't working and had someone with me who couldn't climb stairs. This was the second terrible experience with this hotel chain in a single day. Asked to use the bathroom in the lobby before checking in and was told no. Then was given keys to a room that was already occupied. Had to once again deal with the front desk who seemed to be bothered having to resolve that issue. Saw roaches in the hallway, and the room was absolutely nasty. It wasn't cleaned properly, there was obvious leak damage on the ceiling. Even for a "budget" hotel, this place is not worth it. I've stayed at multiple Choice hotels and this Woodspring brand is indeed the worst I've ever encountered.

The hotel service was nice. Everybody was friendly. But the overall cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. Main lobby and hallway smelt horribly of cigarettes. Elevator floor was cleaned once in my 8 day visit. I had two different style pillows on my bed. The people above which probably had kids were loud at all hours of the night. I would stay there in an emergency for a night. But I'll never stay there for an extended stay again. I would have paid more for a better experience. Room service came only once. I told them to hold on while I put my 8 month old daighter in her pack and play and they were gone. Never came back. Internet was super slow. Your website wouldn't let me upgrade like you flyer said I could. Room was warm. Water stayed hot. Toilets were horrible. Card locks on the doors

Run...don't walk away from this place. The first thing we noticed coming into the room, was a bug on the bed. I went down to the front desk and spoke to the front desk, who's behind plexiglass. I told him there was a bug on the bed. He didn't seem surprised. He said he could give me a refund, but there were no other rooms. We had hungry, tired kids with us so decided to give it a chance. There was a rusty fridge in the room, old bars of soap in the shower, dirt in the corners and a chintzy blanket. We asked for extra pillow, the front office guy said there wasn't any extras available. We asked for a blanket and got an attitude. ||||The location is in a shady industrial area. There seems to be very blatant prostitution going on and a lot of young girls in the halls and parking lot. There's
