Hyatt Place Bethlehem

Positive: Very clean Negative: When the microwave should be there and there was none. Hair conditioner matters to me and it felt like it was shampoo or watered down?

Wow. What a great stay. We were long time customers of the local Comfort Inn. However, their pet fee there has become absolutely ridiculous so we tried the Hyatt as their fee is completely fair. I am thrilled we decided to stay here. Check in was easy. The room was spotless. You would never know dogs were ever in the room. Housekeeping does a great job. Prices at the bar downstairs were a little wild but we enjoyed a couple drinks while chatting with others. Breakfast was very busy and the ladies did their best to keep it stocked. Lemon water in the lobby is a wonderful touch. I wish all hotels did that. Grassy area for dogs. Parking across the street and was 12 bucks a night but my opinion it was worth it. We were downtown and didnt have to uber anywhere so that took away the sting from

Very clean hotel and very clean room. Bed was comfortable and rooms are large. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but who comes to a hotel for breakfast? Centrally located to Main Street and only a short walk to everything. Modern finishes in hotel. Parking is across the road in the parking deck for $12 per day which is much more reasonable than most hotel parking. We recommend this hotel!

Shower temperature a bit not warm enough during my two-night stay. Parking was right across the street, a parking garage. The TV could accept my own HDMI input, a must that’s now become necessary. It’s a nice city where I find it worth visiting as many could be seen within walking distance.

I will start off by saying this hotel is clean and in a great location. If that is all you care about then it’s a good place to stay but if you care about customer service and human decency don’t. My wife and I are Hyatt Discoverist members and usually only stay with Hyatt. The front desk employee Pam was probably the rudest women I have ever met working in hospitality it was actually mind blowing. We are seriously considering canceling our Hyatt membership.
