Hampton Inn & Suites Bethlehem

I would not recommend this hotel. I stood a few nights to be closer to the hospital due to my 4 year old son being sick. During my stay I was accused of having a “dog” in my room when indeed I did NOT which CAMERAS show we’ve NEVER had a pet! They then “apologized” after inspecting the room. We were then supposedly credited the 100$ back they charged us which was NOT &it ended up ONLY being $7.00. 3 days later the cops were called on us because someone checked us in without payment which staff allowed since we been here for about a week and gave us till 830 pm to make payment. 8:02 I pull up to make payment and 5 mins later cops came knocking at the door. We explained we were given until 830 she then said yes but now the manager is saying you have to go. We then said no problem we understa

Decent Hampton Inn, but thin walls. I would say avoid first floor rooms near the back. They are conveniently near the back exit, but also right next to the employee break room. Nothing against the employees, but their conversations in the morning were quite loud! Also the slamming of the hallway door literally made the walls shake. Weirdly, when housekeeping cleaned our room they took the dirty towels but did not replace them with clean ones. Other than that, it is what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. Clean, comfortable beds, decent price. Good location right across from a Wegmans!

The General Manager, Mandy Wilson, took the time to personally meet with me to address my concerns prior to my departure. Mrs. Wilson has honored the 100% Hampton Guarantee. Mrs. Wilson was compassionate and fully addressed the customer service issues that I experienced during my stay. Thank you Mandy for your kindness.

I was very disappointed with my stay. Upon entering the room, there was a strong chemical odor (maybe cleaning products) that lingered the entire time and was quite unpleasant. We had hoped the smell would go away. It didn’t. I couldn’t sleep bc the smell was irritating to my lungs and I couldn’t stop coughing. I wrapped a short around my nose to try to buffer the smell. It didn’t help much. We also asked for extra pillows and were told they were sold out, so they only had one extra to spare. Better than nothing; I suppose. On top of that, the hallway noise was excessive and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. Based on this, I wouldn’t stay here again. I laid in bed and counted down the hours until we could leave.
