Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bethlehem by IHG

We arrived for my daughter’s graduation, checking in was a breeze it was very quiet and clean. It was a little pricey for one night but was worth it, a hot full breakfast in the morning was a big plus. Rooms were nice and big, 2 queen beds plus sofa pull out bed if needed. My only draw back was after reserving 2 rooms we weren’t able to get connecting rooms or even same floor, but overall everything worked out figuring it was only one nights stay.

I cannot say enough good things about the people who work here and the hotel accommodations. We arrived at 3 in the morning after a long day of traveling. Casay greeted us at the desk. He was so kind and had a way about him that made you feel welcome. He generously gave us a late check out which we greatly appreciated. The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. We slept well and missed breakfast. My boyfriend asked at the front desk if we could get some cereal. Simone and Alicia were so nice. They gave us bagels, cream cheese and butter, yogurts and fresh fruit. This was an unexpected surprise. We wish more hotels hired kind people like these three. They are amazing. We will be back again for certain on our travels here. We would give them all a 10 if we could.

Had to move rooms because we faced the I-78 on ramp and it was extremely noisy. The staff accommodated us without hesitation. The staff is superb. Breakfast is very good. The beds need softer mattresses. The heating system from other rooms can be heard in the room too. Which is quite annoying. Carpet needs replaced in the hallways along with a refresh of the hallways, certainly showing the age of the facility. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to detail. Bathroom had hair left on floor. Beds are sloppily made up. Room rate is good .

This is our go to hotel for our annual visit to see friends who live locally.|The staff are so friendly and welcoming and acknowledge my rewards status as well as remembering us from one year to the next !|The hotel has a large car park and is easy to access from the main road.|We had a large room with 2 queen beds,separate sitting area ,kitchen with sink , microwave fridge,kettle etc . A good amenities tray.|There was a large desk ,office chair and additional buffet area.|The room was modern and very ,very clean.|There was a large bathroom with a powerful shower,plenty of towels and good quality toiletries.|The breakfast offers plenty of choice of cooked food ,cereal,yogurts ,fruit etc and again the staff are very friendly.|There is coffee available 24 /7 from the machines in the breakfas

The room was really nice and spacious. AC/Heat worked well and was quiet. But the absolute best thing about this hotel, is its staff. **Especially Shay & Raven! I was in the mood for some pretzels, and unfortunately the they did not have any in stock 😢 The next day Shay surprised me with a bag of pretzels! How unexpectedly awesome & cool 😎 is that! Aside from being professional and knowledgeable, they were just great to meet and talk with. Thank You Girls, your the best and IHG is lucky to have you Boca Joe South Florida
