Wind Creek Bethlehem

I had no idea that this casino existed and I am so happy I do now. Had the best weekend getaway with my husband. The entire hotel is super clean. Our room was spacious. Gym was nice and clean as well. Biggest casino I’ve ever stepped foot on. Even the restaurants / bars we ate and drank at (Urban Table, Chop House, Steelworks, Mixx) were all great. 0 complaints. Staff was super friendly. Spa is very clean as well. So much to do here - there are outlets, golf simulator, and even axe throwing. A lot of the steel mill history is weaved throughout which is super cool. Definitely take a walk up the path! Check in and check out went smooth as well. Can’t wait to return!

Positive: In the same venue as the concert I was attending. Negative: Gave us a room that was already occupied and then we had to return to desk from 10 floor. No incentive or anything for the misunderstanding. How embarrassing to try to get into a room that someone else already had occupied!! No Bus boy to assist

Our room was very clean. Staff were so friendly everywhere we went. They have motorized scooters for 45.00/day which was great for my fiancée who had trouble walking.|The machines hit but payouts were small. I played in the poker room and it was a nice size with plenty of action.|Ate mostly at the steel works buffet which was clean and offered many choices.|Ate at the urban table which i reserved through "open table" for my birthday. They made it special. thank -you

Hotel has been re done since we visited prior under the previous ownership. Let’s just say they’ve done a great job. Lobby is very nice. We got extremely lucky and were the guest of the day and got upgraded to a very nice suite. Room was very clean and well equipped. All the staff were very nice and not a single one let you go by without greeting you. Gave us a free bag of stuff and free drink coupons Wind creek definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of rooms but even more hospitality. Also the spa is just fantastic even if you don’t get a massage it’s just so well done. If your local Even this a fantastic stay cation. Check this place out it’s well worth your time and money

My best friend and I stayed for two comp nights. Chip checked us in. He is great! We had him last time also. He is so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Always has a smile to share. I have a new host named Jaden. He went above and beyond and came to meet us in person at Chop House. It was such a pleasure to meet a young man in his twenties who was so gracious and excited to make our two days fun and pleasurable. After dinner he came and meet us at our slot machine to make sure we enjoyed our dinner, which we most certainly did. I had a delicious wedge salad, New York Strip cooked to perfection along with Brussel sprouts which I loved. My birthday is next week so we split the chocolate cake. It was fabulous! We had fun at the machines but had no luck! They were very thight!!! Not a hit to
