Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Bethlehem PA

Stayed Friday night as a base to see the many attractions in and around Bethlehem. Staff was first rate amd allowed us to check in an hour or so early. Rooms are spotles..with a microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast was surprisingly good with eggs..sausage..waffles and various breads and cereals. Bright..fresh...new and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for couples anf families...

Nice quiet, dark rooms. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Appreciated the ChargePoint EV chargers on site, which were quite affordable. We were traveling with 2 cats and there was a $100 pet fee.

I was traveling with my son and had made a reservation using a free night award certificate at this hotel. When I showed late at night, I was told that there were no rooms and I could not stay at the hotel and had “figure it out myself.” I was left to make another reservation and book a completely different hotel on my own. This was not assistance—it was entirely unhelpful, especially given the circumstances. As a result, I was forced to use points for a new reservation and could not use my award vertificate. The lack of help from the hotel was particularly frustrating. This should never have been necessary, and it placed an unfair burden on me as the guest. What a fantastic well run, clean hotel! You can tell that the staff here truly cares! Robert at the front desk was so professional and courteous, he was a pleasure to deal with! Camesha was one of the best managers I have dealt with! She was friendly, personable, helpful and everything you want in a manager. Then there was Lee, the housekeeping manager, he has that place spotless! He is not only on top of everything, he is one of the kindest human beings! He is truly an asset to this company! Because of the people here, we will definitely be back! They were all amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely, new hotel. The staff had check-in were super attentive and helpful. rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety. I was able to park right outside of my room. My only complaint is the rooms could use more soundproofing, I could hear people running up and down the halls and in the room above me till late at night.
