Winner's Circle Motel

Me and my boyfriend Have spent at least $1300 at this motel while we wait for our apartment to be ready. It all started when we got put into a new room And we noticed that there was something sticky on the floor behind the nightstand, which turned out to be apple juice and have been there apparently for a couple days. I went directly to the front desk and told them about it, and they apologized and said that the housekeeper was new and that they would send housekeeping down to clean it immediately. While housekeeping was in the room we were shocked to be told that they don’t sweep and mop the floors when someone checks out. We were told they don’t do nothing unless but tightly it up little. The room was nasty smelled like cigarettes. The towels had blood on them . The Dryers don't work we had our cloths in them for 2 hours and they never got dry . People were doing drugs in the room next door and the smell of pot was coming through the bathroom vent in our room . Was very nasty and a terrible experience. Only good thing about the visit was we finally got to shower we had to use our own towels. If you want cheap then this place is for you . If you want clean then Hampton inn by Walmart or best Western by fizzolis are the places you should look into . Id recommend best Western to anyone it's pricey but you can't beat the quality service they previde.

The motel room was clean, freshly painted with new vinyl floring. The problem I had was at check-in. I booked the room online and was given a price for the room and put in my credit card number. I received an email confirmation with the breakdown of what the room charges were. When I got to the motel later in the day, the desk clerk said the price was not as low as what I promised. She said she could not honor the price in my confirmation. The difference was only 5.00 so it wasn't a huge deal. She talked to the manager on the phone and she told me she would review it in the morning and call me. This was a week ago and still no call. I went to their website and looked at a new reservation and it was for the same price I was promised. So, the manager did nothing aboit getting it fixed. So be

I just want to say if you stay here be careful the own stuff likes to hide packages and try in steal packages i would not recommend this place to nobody its cheap don’t get me wrong you get what you pay for i had rats in my room cockroach

I had to clean my floor and change my bed one time for a week overpriced even though I was senior citizen like location and put towels and garbage out almost everyday even though I did not have the do not disturb off and microwave is out in lobby refrigerator was in room but freezer was tiny quiet most of the time ice maker near my room but bag was small and had no cover so I used a bigger bag but still melted too fast I would give overall rating 65 percent but better then motel6 off cherry blossom way had roaches maid service was bad never cleaned my room had to get my own sheets and pillow cases rating is 2 or 20 percent do not recommend weekly rate 447.00 way overpriced
