Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Georgetown Lexington

The check in gal was friendly and the lobby area was so clean! Our room was also very clean and it was very spacious. It had great water pressure in the shower too. The gal working the breakfast was not only friendly but she kept the area stocked and clean! It was the best breakfast I have had at a hotel for quite a while. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Bed was very comfortable and it was clean. Check in was rough as the front desk staff made and error, but they did work to fix it. Breakfast was atrocious, everything was empty and not being restocked, including paper plates and cereal, which would take 2 min to restock. Several times over 30 min the front desk staff was outside smoking while the breakfast supplies sat half empty, even after we asked to have it refilled.

Positive: Location Negative: The hotel was under renovation and should not have been open for reservations. There was no signage for the lobby and we were not even sure that we were at the right location. The lobby was under construction and the was a make-shift desk for the clerk.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in when on my routine trips to Georgetown. The hotel is newly renovated, breakfast choices change throughout the week and the staff provides great service. Any issues with the rooms are quickly resolved, sometimes by the time it takes me to eat breakfast.

Great location next to highway and Toyota plant, as well as many restaurants, stores and the downtown. The staff are very helpful and put on a large breakfast each morning. The facility has a good size workout room and a pool. The rooms are clean and modern but fairly basic.
