The Luxe @ APG

507 Clayton was such a beautiful home. The amount of bedroom and with every room having a king bed and then the one room with two twin beds was perfect for my kids. The hot tub and court in the back kept our kids so busy. Walking distance to downtown which was amazing. We have family that live in Georgetown and Lexington so this was a good meeting spot for house for our little family reunion!

I want to start by saying that every property by this group is phenomenal. The attention to detail and comfort is unmatched. I have stayed in multiple rentals and the spaces (especially the beds) are always so comfortable! We stayed at a gorgeous house in Georgetown that is perfect for a gathering of family and friends. There is plenty of space to spread out with all the amenities! The separate hangout/bar space was a favorite! I would highly recommend any Luxe property, but the Georgetown and Gorge spaces are so special!

The Luxe at Clayton Ave is in a perfect location! Close to campus and cute historic downtown Georgetown (less than a mile to walk down and see the thoroughbred mural) and still a short drive to Lexington! We had a girls weekend and loved the king sized beds (so comfortable)! The home was so well decorated and we really enjoyed the bar/game room in the back and the hot tub! Highly recommend this spot!

We had an outstanding stay at The Luxe at Clayton. Carlos and Mary were both extremely quick to respond to a few minor concerns we had during our stay. We had a plumbing issue on day 1, and it was fixed the next day with no interruption to our stay. The whole stay felt very comfortable for us. A few notes for the owners. Some of the plastic glassware in the kitchen was broken (The bubbles on the outside had holes). In general, I think more glassware would be appropriate for the number of guests that can stay there. The key for the garage bar is REALLY hard to use. It took several tries for us to access it the first time and we were worried we might break the key. I think a keyless lock or a simplified entry point would be a great upgrade. We were competing at the Kentucky Horse Park and

Great job! We had one issue with a thrown breaker and it was fixed within an hour. You can’t beat that! It was so nice to just check out and not have to mess with stripping beds. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would definitely book again!
