Comfort Suites Georgetown

We met with family members for an extended weekend after Christmas. The management were polite and went out of their way to accommodate our group of 16. The rooms were very clean and the eating area was large and had a very nice breakfast. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable too. Honestly, we really didn't hear any noise other than our group! The price was very reasonable and we all agreed when we come back that this is were we will stay. Thank you!

Really hate to have to review a Comfort Inn like this, but here goes. I made a mistake when checking in and gave the wrong credit card which was charged of course. I really wanted to switch the charge to a different card. should be easy peasy right? WRONG! I was told it could take up to 7 business days and the charge already went through and could not be reversed. Ummmm! Right! I've been in the credit card charging business for decades. I know what can and can't be done. This can be done for 100% sure. The staff and management are too lazy and inept. That's the only reason it can be. You can respond any way you want, you know and I know it can be done. So, I still want it done. Let's see what you do. I'm not holding my breath that's for sure.

Traveling down I-75, and we needed a place to stop. Our king size room was just perfect. Clean and inviting. It was a big room with a big bath, and a very comfortable bed. For the price, we could not have asked for a nicer room. At the time of the writing of this review, I would highly recommend this location for an overnight stop. It's clean and comfortable. Hubby has gotten a cold during the day, and our room felt like an oasis along the roadway, a place to rest and relax. ||The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was very quiet so we slept well all night. (We were on the second floor)||Breakfast, was okay, nothing to brag about, nothing to complain about. Just the usual hotel options, without anything extra. we enjoyed our stay! loved the pool being open to use in december and the hot breakfast with a lot of options! something for everyone. beds, pillows and blankets were comfortable! didn’t like the towel situation, we’d prefer 1 towel a day but weren’t given that option when we asked for more.

My husband, children, and grandchildren traveled to KY from Alabama to visit the Ark Adventure. We booked the Comfort Inn in Georgetown, KY through the Choice Hotels app. The 3 rooms we booked were clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. They allowed my son a late checkout after he fell ill on the trip. That was greatly appreciated given that they needed extra time to seek medical care.
