Very friendly staff, with fast check in. The room was very clean, really fluffy comfortable bed, very quiet. Excellent amenities provided for everything we needed. Water slides were amazing fun! Water was good temperature, the hot tub was prefect in between slides. They provide a hot breakfast, quite a buffet to pick from. Most definitely an enjoyed stay, we will be back!

As a very frequent traveler, this was one of my worst hotel experiences in recent years. First, you can’t simply check in at the front desk—they force you to download their app and create an account, which makes no sense considering the reservation was already made and paid for. I booked a Suite specifically for the extra space, but what they call a “Suite” is nothing more than a standard room with an added charge. The breakfast was extremely poor, the pool area is outdated, and the customer service was unacceptable. I called the front desk from my room four different times and never got an answer. I eventually called from my personal phone requesting towels; they said they would bring them up—six hours later, no one ever arrived. The cooling system didn’t work properly. I had it set to

Widow was broke open about an inch, cold air leaking in the room all night. Bathroom counter was about to fall off, shower door leaked bad. On top of that over charged and can't explain the extra money added to my bill.

The front desk lady that answered the phone 9:50 am Tuesday 28 th of April, as I was inquiring about your pool hours was rude!! She acted as if we were bothering her and wasting her time, as she referred us to the web site for simple pool hours. Poor customer service!!!

i absolutely love everyone here!!! Kim and here team will go above and beyond to make you feel like your at home! The front desk lady Amber is amazing! her spunk and smile is contagious -Just wanted to give a shout out to this hotel that ive been going to for over 10 years now that you all work your tails off and im very proud of all you!
