Wingate by Wyndham Louisville East

The hotel wasn't the worst I've stayed at, but it had a lot to be desired. The walls are thin. Many of the ice machines didn't work. The vending machines were out of order. The bed was very high and hard. The shower was strange to use. There were no pillows for the sofa bed. The best thing I can say was that the check in people were very kind. It was a place to sleep, but I really even wasn't able to do that.

I am very impressed with cleanliness and staff friendliness. Very clean. Housekeeping staff was great too. And breakfast was great too.Melissa at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out. She worked hard to make sure our plan to stay was comfortable. We had change of plans and she made sure to accommodate our stay according to our plans. Thank you

Positive: The staff very friendly the place was clean the breakfast was good & the price was amazing! 10/10 highly recommend & I was staying with not 1 but 2 toddlers. Negative: Nothing

Grandkids loved how big the room was and that there were two separate rooms, the pullout bed in the couch. They loved the swimming pool. I enjoyed having a tub and a walk in shower. The bathroom was huge. Only problem was that I wanted a hot shower after swimming and the water was just warm at best. I wish the washer/dryer units were set up to use a card instead of a set amount of quarters. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay. Will definitely do this again.

We had a great stay. The room was nice and spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows, which I loved. The only issue we had was the toilet didnt want to flush right but we alerted staff so it could be fixed.
