We booked a 2-night stay and traveled with our Shih Tzu. Unfortunately, the rooms were not in good shape and had a strong mildew smell. For health reasons, we couldn’t stay. The staff was very helpful and offered to move us to two other rooms, but those were still in poor condition. We appreciated their hospitality, but we didn’t feel comfortable staying. We were also told our dog couldn’t be left in the room even if he was in a crate and had to go where we went, which didn’t make sense since we paid a $40 pet fee. We ended up leaving and did receive a refund. That said, we think if the rooms were completely redone, it could be a really nice property.

We booked our stay through Expedia and when we arrived the person at the desk was professional and polite. When we got to our room things weren't as good as we had hoped. There was water damage resulting in peeling paint and mold around the window and the refrigerator didn't work. When we brought this to the attention of the desk clerk she was once again very polite and professional. We decided to stay somewhere else due to our health concerns and everyone we spoke with was helpful in canceling the reservation and returning our fees. Hopefully they resolve the issues so we can give them another try!

Everything with the room was great soft bed, comfortable pillows, a quiet environment. Dylan was super helpful yesterday. My only qualm is I was charged an extra fee due to "damaging the sheets" and "the receptionist doesn't know what happen but that there was damage". In which I informed the receptionist that I know what was on the sheets which was blood because I started my menstrual cycle in my sleep. I didn't even know I was going to start my cycle as my body is getting accustomed with cycles again after being on birth control for years and had and still are having irregular menstrual cycles. My cycles are so random and don't show any signs of pms, pain, or anything. I asked the receptionist is she serious about charging me the extra fee for a natural human thing that happens to women
