Courtyard by Marriott Conway

This review is long overdue! I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Conway for the first time at end of July and beginning of August in 2024. I've stayed there multiple times since! The lobby is great! They also have an amazing outdoor seating area that's perfect for sitting by the fire and chatting in the evenings. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and inviting! The Courtyard by Marriott Conway team is always kind and professional. They have also been extremely accommodating when I've made mistakes with previous reservations! I couldn't ask for a better experience anytime I've stayed with this hotel. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott Conway team!

We stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament. Upon arrival they were able to get us checked in earlier than check in time. The room was exactly as it looked and described online. We had a king room with a pull out and the size was perfect for our family. The hotel is new and the room still had a new smell to it. The pullout couch was comfortable and large enough for 2 kids. As the weekend went on we noticed some issues overall. See below. ||Pros: |- Location is great. Several restaurants and stores nearby. |- Clean rooms and lobby |- Lobby, bar and outside area were great. Lots of seating and space. A couple nights the lobby and outdoor patio were full of parents and it was a great vibe. |- Laundry is free |- Room temp was cold ||Cons: |- Was told they were short staffed and unab

Though this is a nice hotel with smart TV and indoor pool and gym and it seems safe. The price was not worth what it included. I can get all that from other hotels for around $100. Other hotels include complimentary breakfast. This one had a bistro with movie theater prices. I was told there was an indoor Jacuzzi and I assumed breakfast so I splurged( because I have never been in a hotel for that price that did not include breakfast.) there is no indoor Jacuzzi. The reservationist clearly was not at this location. I will not stay here again

The staff did the best they could with an engineering fiasco, of inline on demand water heaters, and a corporate discussion not to offer, at least morning complimentary coffee and or breakfast. At least comp coffee in the lobby area. The fiasco was the lack of hot water for showers. We were in room 302. The first night, needing a good hot shower, after an all day of travel was terrible, no hot water. Advised the front desk of the issue, they got maintenance to check it out the next morning and found an issue with the recirculation system. There was hot water, as we were leaving for the day. Upon arriving back for a nice warm, hot shower, we were terribly disappointed again, no hot water. For a Marriott property, this is totally unacceptable. We will be comming back to Conway to visit fami
