Holiday Inn Express & Suites Conway by IHG

We stayed here on our way home. It was easy on and off the highway. There was plenty of parking and the lot was well lit. The atmosphere walking in was pleasant and calm. Check in was easy. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for the night. Bathroom was clean and we had enough towels for our stay. The pillows were great and the bed comfortable. We had a good breakfast with the best bacon I have ever had on the road. Check out was easy. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Courtney at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Thelma the 4th floor housekeeper went above and beyond to help us with toddler diaper disposal. The facilities were updated, clean, and decorated nicely for Halloween. Well done, Holiday Inn.

It´s a excelent option, the service staff was very frendly, the room is very confortable, the breakfast included is good, The hotel have a laundry service and also has washing machines. They have a small gym and a heated swimming pool. They always have computers available for work. It's very close to the Walmart supermarket. It's in a safe area of ​​the city, I recommend it.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and friendly. There are a few nice restaurants in walking distance and more if you have a car. There is a nice nature trail a five-minute walk to the south.

Jimmy, Ruth, Brittany, Robin, and Terence were amazing. From house keeping to GM, they all made me feel like home. I do not think I have ever been so well respected. I was alone during the day while my husband was at work. When they were not helping other guests they spent time with me so I did not feel alone. I highly recommend this place as a home away from home. Thank you to the staff. Dee
