Hampton Inn & Suites Conway

Nothing special, pretty standard stay, small rooms with not alot of space to lay out your goods but sufficient for one night. Our room had no tissues and the front desk had no refills, the trash cans also still had stuff in them from the previous guest.

Positive: They served a nice breakfast and gave extra towels, and they were kind to my grandchildren who were not staying in the hotel Negative: The indoor pool wasn't heated

We stayed here last night and it was fabulous. It felt like we were the only ones here but there was actually a few bus loads full of high school soccer teams staying also. I cringed when I saw them but I never heard a peep out of them till||I saw them leaving this am.||Our room and the dining area were so clean! Impressive!||Most importantly was the friendliness of the night and day shift girls. They were so kind and probably the sweetest hotel desk clerks u w ever encountered. We WILL stay here every time we||are in Conway!||Why can’t all hotels be this awesome! It takes a LOT||to impress me. I’m very ocd and expect manners. This place and its employees didn’t disappoint. Even the women cleaning the rooms were extremely mannerly.

We had a wonderful and welcoming stay here at the Conway Hampton Inn. The manager, assistant manager, and the whole team are friendly, helpful and professional in all matters. The room was very comfortably furnished and spotless! The complimentary breakfast is full of great choices. Thank you for providing a great extended stay!

Great hotel. I used the Hilton app to book my reservation and was able to use the digital key to get into my room. Quiet and spacious room. I had 2 omelets, 2 pork sausages, a cup of orange juice and a cup of coffee before checking out and hitting the road to the next leg of my trip.
